Viewing and Enlarging Images
You may browse the gallery and enlarge an image for viewing without asking permission. You may also share a link that brings people back to the original gallery item.
Permission Before Printing or Copying
Gallery photographs and other protected material may not be printed, copied, downloaded for reuse, reproduced, republished, edited, sold, or used in an article or another production without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law. This applies to use on websites, social media, in print, advertising, broadcasts, and films.
Giving credit alone does not grant permission. Permission for one use does not authorize another use.
Sharing a Link
You are welcome to share a link to the journal or to an individual gallery item using the Share button. Sharing a link does not grant permission to copy or republish the image or other material.
Article Use, Credits and Tags
If you would like to use a photograph in an article, please request permission first. Approved use must include the photographer’s proper name and credit, and credit to Al Timberlane / Timberlane Entertainment Company LLC where specified in the approval. Where tagging is available, tag the photographer and Al Timberlane using the correct accounts supplied with the permission. Please ask for those account details rather than guessing a tag.
Credits and tags are required for approved use; they do not replace permission.
Photographers, Artists & Contributors
Individual photographers, artists, performers, and other rights holders retain their applicable rights. Credits appear with individual items or collections. Timberlane Entertainment Company LLC will coordinate permission requests and identify any additional approvals needed.
